‣ The U.K. quartet Ladytron, its fifth and finest album “Gravity the Seducer” just released, headlines the Wiltern, with Geographer and and Sonoio opening.
‣Canadian duo Junior Boys, getting a lot of acclaim for their new album “It’s All True,” play the El Rey Theatre. Fellow Canadians Young Galaxy open.
‣ To guys with long names and great songs – James Vincent McMorrow and William Elliot Whitmore – team up for a show at the Bootleg Theater, with L.A.’s John Gold supporting.
Har Mar Superstar and Blake Miller of Moving Units start the party at the Satellite, with Minutes ’Til Midnight kicking things off.
‣ And the Frogtown Art Walk goes off from 4 to 10 p.m. in the Elysian Valley, with the Happy Hollows playing at Framatic Co. (1921 Blake Ave.) at 9.
