‣ O.C. breakout rockers Young The Giant headline the first of two nights at the Wiltern Theater.
‣ Los Campesinos! (pictured), the giddy pop septet from Cardiff, Wals, headlines the Echoplex behind its snappy fourth album, “Hello Sadness.” Parenthetical Girls open.
‣ Fresh off scorching opening sets on Wilco’s tour, Austin quartet White Denim headlines the Satellite, with two excellent local openers, Caught a Ghost and Deap Vally.
‣ Paul Van Dyk headlines the Avalon Hollywood behind his forthcoming sixth album “Evolution.”
‣ The amazing Trombone Shorty brings his New Orleans-flavored jazz-funk to the Key Club.
