Is there something overweight about this Tuesday?

‣ Minneapolis’ Polica, the new project from Gayngs’ Ryan Olson and singer Channy Casselle, bring their dreamy psychedelia to the Bootleg Bar, where Pollyn and the One AM Radio open. Polica just released its debut album “Give You the Ghost,” and that’s the new video for “Amongster,” above.
Sleigh Bells play a sold-out show at the Mayan Theatre behind today’s release of their new album “Reign of Terror.”
Sinead O’Connor does a second big night at the El Rey Theatre.
‣ Big night of hip-hop at the Echoplex, with Atlanta’s Killer Mike headlining, supported by locals Busdriver and Nocando.
Coco Morier, getting some MTV love for her single “Ambulance,” plays the Satellite along with the indie-pop duo the Donnies the Amys. [More on the latter here.]
‣ And Mind the Gap continues their residency at the Central SAPC, with support from the Peach Kings.
