You wouldn’t expect a sit-down with Le Butcherettes to be just a sit-down, right? On Monday night, the garage-punk trio visited the Grammy Museum as part of the “Spotlight” series and had a wide-ranging chat with host Scott Goldman. Frontwoman Teri Gender Bender talked about the band’s latest album “A Raw Youth,” her love for Bikini Kill and Kathleen Hanna, working with Iggy Pop and Henry Rollins and the symbolism behind the use of the color red in everything they wear. (It’s the color of blood, y’know.) Then they did an acoustic set, including “I’m Getting Sick of You” and “Shame, You’re All I’ve Got,” with Ms. Gender Bender adding some electricity tot he performance with a foray into the crowd.
