Garrett Borns and his band BØRNS put a pop sheen on a colorful evening at the Santa Monica Pier on Thursday, headlining the second week of the Twilight Concerts series. BØRNS played songs from his debut “Dopamine” to a huge crowd, and was preceded by New York’s Porches. The free shows continue next Thursday with Psychedelic Furs and Day Wave.
