► YACHT performs their new album “Chain Tripping” at Zebulon, joined by XLNT.
► British singer-songwriter Hayden Thorpe visits the Masonic Lodge at Hollywood Forever in support of his debut album “Diviner.”
► Immortal Technique brings his “The Middle Passage Tour” to the Regent Theater, joined by Chino XL, Poison Pen and Sadistik.
► San Fermin plays the Lodge Room in support of the new album “the Cormorant I,” with Joyero and Lisel supporting.
► The Melvins and Redd Kross wind up their long tour with a night at the Echo. Toshi Kasai opens.
► Long-running emo guys Hot Rod Circuit do a show at El Cid, performing their 2002 album “Sorry About Tomorrow” and other favorites.
► And Built to Spill does the second of three sold-out nights at the Troubadour celebrating the 20th anniversary of “Keep It Like a Secret.” Slam Dunk and the Hand open.
