In today’s video roundup: Ashe walks barefoot on glass; Rostam hails a cab (and some friends); and Rochelle Jordan gets ethereal and slinky …

ASHE, “Me Without You”

From the response to her singles — including 2019’s “Moral of the Story” and this year’s “I’m Fine” and the Finneas tag-teamed “Till Forever Falls Apart,” you’d think Ashe could walk on water. She walks on glass — barefoot — in director Jason Lester’s cool video for “Me Without You,” shot in part at Highland Theatres and Cafe Birdie in Highland Park. Ashe acts out — in two realities — people play air strings and she coos that timeless affirmation in breakup or post-breakup songs: I’m fine without you. Her album, “Ashlyn,” comes out Friday (or 9 tonight Pacific time, if you’re really eager).

ROSTAM, “From the Back of the Cab”

So many friends and only so much room in the back of a taxi: Rostam’s video for “Back of the Cab,” co-directed by the singer-songwriter-producer and the aforementioned Jason Lester (and produced by Laura Burhenn for Our Secret Handshake), features a parade of passengers. Included are Haim, Charli XCX, Wallows, Kaia Gerber, Remi Wolf, Nick Robinson, Bryce Willard Smithe, Samantha Urbani, Demi Adejuyigbe, Seth Bogart, Huck Kwong, Ariel Rechtshaid, Matt DiMona, Ghazal Hashemi, Carter Howe, Julian McClanahan, Chris Paloma and even a couple of fetching canine companions. Pull up a shoulder. The song appears on Rostam’s album “Changephobia,” out June 4.

ROCHELLE JORDAN, “Already”

After hitching her wagon to TOKiMONSTA’s Young Art Records and releasing “Got Em” in January, Rochelle Jordan rolled out a string of sumptuous singles leading up to last week’s release of the new album, “Play With the Changes.” Born in London, reared in Toronto and based in LA, Jordan takes flight in her ethereal electro-soul. “Already” is one of the brisker tracks on the album, house music in the clouds. Director Baz captures her moves in the video for the tune. Stream the whole album here.
