The lineup for this year’s BeachLife Festival — returning for its sophomore year Sept. 10-12 in Redondo Beach after a pause in 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic — has been released, with Jane’s Addiction and Cage the Elephant co-headlining the first night and Ziggy & Stephen Marley and Counting Crows topping the other two.

The latter two were re-booked from BeachLife’s “Forgotten 2020 Lineup.”

The full slate of over 50 bands that will play across four stages that weekend includes Silversun Pickups, Fitz & the Tantrums, Ben Harper, Gary Clark Jr., Portugal. The Man, the Wallflowers, Save Ferris, Thievery Corporation, the Revivalists and Phosphorescent.

No specific safety protocols have yet been released other than possible temperature checks, with both a “COVID-Safe Protocols and Operation Guides” link (to be in alignment with local and state authorities) yet to go live. More info here.

Tickets from the 2020 postponed fest will be honored for this year’s event.

Tickets for 2021 are set at General Admission, VIP or Captains levels for single day or weekend passes from $125 upwards of $2,999 for such amenities as first access to meet-and-greets, private air-conditioned restrooms with attendants, complementary valet service, exclusive front-row viewing areas and tickets to the private official launch party. All are available here.

If there is a cancellation of the event for any reason other than COVID-19, this year’s tickets will automatically be rolled over for the 2022 fest and not refunded. COVID-19 Ticket Insurance, which would provide for refunds if an attendee becomes infected with COVID-19 and cannot attend or if the event is cancelled due to a state or local COVID-19 shutdown, is available here at tiered levels.
