That old soul trapped in the heart and mind of singer-songwriter Joey Dosik has been screaming to get out again.

So Dosik today released a new single, “Beat the Same,” and announced that his sophomore album, aptly titled “The Nostalgiac,” will be out this summer. It will include “Make a Wish,” the single he released last May.

Dosik scored with his 2016 EP, “Game Winner,” and released his first full-length, “Inside Voice,” in 2018. If your musical taste was informed in the ’60s, or just by the Sixties, you’ll welcome Dosik’s letting loose that old soul again.
